Gross, Colen, Brenner & Co. Law Offices (hereinafter: “GCB” and/or the “Firm”) makes the utmost efforts and invests significant resources to provide all its clients with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and regulations enacted by virtue thereof, major efforts and resources are invested in making necessary accessibility adjustments to ensure that a person with a disability can receive the services provided to all clients, independently and equally.

 

Website Accessibility 

An accessible website is a website that allows people with disabilities and elderly people to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all users. Approximately 20 to 25 percent of the population encounters difficulties using the Internet and may benefit from more accessible web content, according to a 2003 study conducted by Microsoft. The Firm believes in and works for equal opportunity in the internet space for those with diverse disabilities and people using assistive technology for computer use.

  • This Website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. 
  • Accessibility adjustments were made according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for Web Content Accessibility at AA level and the international WCAG 2.0 document. 
  • The tests were examined for highest compatibility for the Chrome browser. 
  • The Website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support for the accepted usage pattern for operation with a keyboard using the arrow keys, Enter, and Esc to exit menus and windows. 
  • Adapted for display in common browsers and for use on cellular phones. 
  • For an optimal browsing experience with screen reading software, we recommend using the latest NVDA software. 
  • Documents or video clips uploaded to the Website before October 2017 may not be fully accessible. If you encounter such a document or video, you can contact the Accessibility Coordinator at email [email protected] and we will ensure to make the information accessible to you.
  • Provision of Information in Accessible Format – The Firm provides its clients with the option to receive information in accessible formats. The provision of information is free of charge and intended for people with disabilities. For inquiries and information regarding accessibility, you can contact the Firm’s Accessibility Coordinator whose details appear later in this statement.
