Moti Philip, born in 1982 from Givatayim, is a veteran attorney at the firm. He began his professional path back in 2009 at Adv. Amit Gross's office, serving as a pre-intern, intern, and subsequently as an attorney and manager. Alongside his legal education, Moti comes from a creative background as a graduate of a Film and Television track, bringing broad, creative thinking to his legal work.

Rinat leads the firm as CEO, bringing a unique combination of organizational expertise and deep familiarity with decision-making mechanisms in State authorities. Rinat possesses a significant academic background in Organizational Development and Consulting, providing her with a solid professional foundation in managing large-scale processes and leading teams. She began her path at the Population and Immigration Authority, where she managed hearing procedures, made professional decisions in real-time, and was responsible for signing permits—experience that became a central part of the management concept she brings to the firm today. Rinat is known for a human approach alongside order, organization, and goal focus, standing at the forefront of the firm's activity management and professional leadership.

Merav Levanon Sabag has accompanied the firm's activity since its inception. Merav, who began her path alongside Adv. Amit Gross during his days leading a boutique firm, was a full partner in the firm's growth and development. Before entering the legal world, Merav accumulated rich managerial experience in the advertising world, where she served as an Account Supervisor for leading companies in the economy. This background granted her broad business vision, creative thinking, and the ability to manage complex processes vis-à-vis large entities.

Daniel Stetchi has been an integral part of the firm's activity for approximately 8 years, ranking among GCB's veteran and esteemed team members. Daniel began her path in the administrative array, and with the years and experience she gained, advanced to the Bookkeeping Department.

Yarin Hazan is part of the firm's administrative array. She brings energy and high service consciousness combined with organizational and management capabilities. Yarin is responsible for providing initial response to firm clients and ongoing operation of the office system, while maintaining personal and professional relations.
