Elad began his professional path as a Real Estate lawyer, interning at Caspi & Co., where he gained experience and learned the field inside out. He subsequently worked at Gindi Caspi & Co. as a Real Estate attorney, after which he continued his professional path at M. Firon & Co., deepening his knowledge within the Commercial Department and guiding giant clients in diverse and complex real estate deals. In 2021, together with Adv. Shahar Conforti, he established Conforti, Dani & Co., a firm specializing in commercial litigation, real estate, and commercial transactions.
