Eli Hirsch is a Partner in GCB's Commercial Department and leads the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) field. Eli brings rich experience in managing complex, large-scale transactions and provides ongoing counsel to shareholders, directors, businesspeople, and CEOs of private companies. He acquired the foundations of his practice at one of Israel's largest law firms, joining GCB in 2020. Eli is known for his ability to execute large-volume transactions while providing "end-to-end" guidance in diverse sectors, including Food, Hospitality, Industry, and Retail.

Professional experience
Eli has been a member of the Bar Association since 2017. His professional experience focuses on the business core of corporate life: from drafting founders' and investment agreements, through creating strategic partnerships and joint ventures, to executing significant M&A deals. Eli's expertise allows him to bridge commercial gaps and create legal frameworks that support the growth of the companies he guides.
