Michal's areas of expertise include comprehensive counsel in drafting commercial agreements of all types, including franchise agreements, founders' and partnership agreements, M&A agreements, commercial lease and management agreements, distribution, manufacturing, marketing, and service agreements, as well as additional strategic agreements tailored to each client's unique needs.

Michal possesses rich and diverse professional experience gained working in both boutique firms and Israel's largest firms. She began her professional path with a lengthy pre-internship in Real Estate and Urban Renewal, continued to intern in the M&A Department at Goldfarb Gross & Co., and later gained experience as an attorney in the High-Tech and Commercial Law department of a leading boutique firm. The combination of Real Estate, High-Tech, and Commercial Law grants Michal a broad perspective and the ability to provide creative, client-tailored solutions.
