Since February 2022, she has worked at the Gross firm, combining commercial knowledge, regulatory understanding, and the ability to handle multi-disciplinary files.
Moran is active in the firm's Commercial Department, dealing with drafting diverse agreements, including leases, franchises, sale of activity, service provision, share transfers, and founders' agreements. In her work, she guides corporations and businesses in a variety of ongoing commercial needs. Alongside this, Moran is active in the Immigration Department, handling citizenship applications for spouses of Israeli citizens, whether by virtue of marriage or common-law partnership. Additionally, Moran engages in litigation, incorporating research, writing, and representation capabilities into her work.
