Rinat leads the firm as CEO, bringing a unique combination of organizational expertise and deep familiarity with decision-making mechanisms in State authorities. Rinat possesses a significant academic background in Organizational Development and Consulting, providing her with a solid professional foundation in managing large-scale processes and leading teams. She began her path at the Population and Immigration Authority, where she managed hearing procedures, made professional decisions in real-time, and was responsible for signing permits—experience that became a central part of the management concept she brings to the firm today. Rinat is known for a human approach alongside order, organization, and goal focus, standing at the forefront of the firm's activity management and professional leadership.
Education
M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development from the College of Management Academic Studies. B.A. in Behavioral Sciences with a specialization in Organizational Psychology from Ariel University.
Professional experience
Rinat's career is based on rich experience in two central axes: Regulatory and Managerial. Within her work at the Population and Immigration Authority, she accumulated deep understanding of licensing processes, supervision, hearing management, and decision making—knowledge that currently serves as the basis for managing the Immigration Department for experts in High-Tech and Industry. In her role as firm CEO, Rinat leads overall organizational management, outlines firm policy, manages human capital, and supports various teams while focusing on creating efficient work processes and removing bureaucratic barriers for clients.
