Biography
Rotem Nissim is a Partner at GCB and heads the Labor Law Department. Rotem's professional story is interwoven with the firm's history: she began her path at the office as a pre-intern, grew and developed together with the firm through all its incarnations and mergers, and today leads one of its central departments. With approximately 13 years of experience in the field, Rotem is considered a professional authority in Labor Law. She outlines the legal strategy in the most complex cases and grants firm clients confidence stemming from deep knowledge, seniority, and rare organizational stability.

LL.B from the College of Management Academic Studies. Specializes in crisis management in labor relations and litigation in various instances.
Professional experience
Rotem possesses rich experience of over a decade in representing employers and employees across the entire spectrum of Labor Law. Her expertise includes litigation and managing proceedings vis-à-vis regulatory bodies such as the Employment Committee, the Commissioner of the Employment of Women Law, and the Ministry of Labor. Beyond court representation, Rotem specializes in ongoing strategic counsel for employers, building proper work processes, and preventing future disputes, based on a long-term view of the organization's needs.
